Gov. Phil Murphy signed legislation Friday, making it legal for bars and restaurants with liquor licenses to sell and deliver house-made cocktails in sealed containers.
The legislation is effective immediately.
Distilleries are also allowed to sell cocktails and mixed drink cocktail kits to-go for any alcohol manufactured on site.
