The head coach of Highland Park High School’s football team has been accused of abusing several of his players, according to a report.
Highland Park High School head football coach Rich McGlynn was nowhere to be found during the team’s game against Metuchen on Thanksgiving Day.
McGlynn permitted on the field because of an ongoing investigation.
According to MyCentralJersey.com, McGlynn is accused of physically and verbally abusing several players.
In one instance, he allegedly punched a teenager in the face.
McGlynn has denied the claims.
