The Long Island Heroin Task Force carried out a raid Wednesday at a home in Islip Terrace.

Authorities say officers went into the home on Connetquot Avenue with a search warrant and came out with five suspects in handcuffs.

After the arrests, officers took several boxes of evidence out of the house.

Officials did not release details about the raid and the charges against the suspects because they say it’s part of an ongoing investigation.

Neighbors told News 12 that they long suspected drug dealing to be happening at the home.
