Flash flood warnings are in place in Mercer County, including Route 1 near Princeton, where the rain from earlier this morning has all but stopped.

 

The Delaware and Raritan Canal is running high and still rising. The Millstone River runs near the canal, and that's also on the rise, according to the river gauge.

If you have to travel along Canal Road, there may be closures -- as the canal and the river continue to rise after the heavy rain.
