Family and friends gathered Monday to remember a promising New Jersey high school basketball player who was killed in a drive-by shooting.
Armoni Sexton's funeral took place Monday at Paterson's Christian Fellowship. He was then laid to rest at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
The 15-year-old was a top scorer and rebounder at the Paterson Charter School for Science for Science and Technology.
Sexton was killed and three others were injured in the shooting in Paterson on April 18.
Hasmeek Coles, 20, of Paterson, faces single counts of murder and receiving stolen property, and three counts of attempted murder in the shooting.
Gregory Oliver, 20, has pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and weapons charges.
