An iconic Asbury Park music venue is no longer up for sale thanks to the community.
One of the owners of The Saint previously stated that the venue was up for sale due to having to close because of the coronavirus pandemic.
But that sale will no longer go forward thanks to the efforts of friends who organized a fundraiser.

“Our friends have organized a fundraiser for us and we are in communication with like-minded folks with a strong interest in investing with us. Partnering, an investor, is the ideal scenario. We are no longer selling,” owner Meg Donoghue Kelly wrote on Facebook.
The venue first opened in 1994 and has hosted musical acts like Joey Ramone, The Deftones and numerous local bands.
