New Jersey continued to see hot weather Friday, with temperatures reaching 90 degrees in some towns.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says that although the weather has been sunny most of the day, there is a chance of a thunderstorm Friday night as well as Saturday.
Friday's overnight hours are expected to see temperatures cool slightly into the upper-60s. Clouds could develop, along with the potential for a thunderstorm.
Saturday and Sunday should see a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures are expected to stay warm and could reach the upper-80s.
Memorial Day Monday is expected to see temperatures reach 80 degrees. Scattered rain showers are possible.
