A Point Pleasant Beach fishing boat has sunk at a dock. A crew member of the Norma K II found the 51-year-old vessel partially submerged. It had been mostly idle in the dock for the past seven years

A Point Pleasant Beach fishing boat has sunk at a dock.
A crew member of the Norma K II found the 51-year-old vessel partially submerged. It had been mostly idle in the dock for the past seven years as the owner looked for someone to buy it.
Norma Keller says it was too expensive to fix the Norma K II and her other boats.
"We're not asking a lot. We just want someone to really take care of it and use it," says Keller. "It broke my heart. It was not supposed to sink."
Keller says that she thinks ice plus an unusually low tide damaged the boat.
