SEASIDE HEIGHTS - A soup kitchen in Seaside Heights once again served meals for Thanksgiving after Superstorm Sandy left it closed last holiday.

Simon's Soup Kitchen, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Council 8415, has been serving the community for nine years.

After it sustained severe damage during Sandy, rebuilding began back in April with help from local foundations and food banks.
