HOBOKEN - Carly Ringer heads the Hoboken Resource Center, set up by the city to help residents affected by Sandy.

Ringer says people who walk in the doors are frustrated and giving up, and the center strives to help them regain hope by the time they leave.

Businesses are also struggling to reopen, Ringer says, and she worries that Hoboken's needs will be forgotten.

Eric Landskroner reports from Hoboken, taking a look at how the community is recovering, and talking about the progress being made in rebuilding what Sandy took away.
