HIGHLANDS - The annual "Clam Fest" is set to kick off this weekend in Highlands and residents say the event is a positive sign of how far the community has come since Sandy.

Businesses like the Lusty Lobster have scrambled to make this year's tradition a reality.

Eric Landskroner reports from Highlands, taking a look at how the community is recovering, and talking about the progress being made in rebuilding what Sandy took away.
