KEANSBURG - A Keansburg business owner who lost his store and all of his equipment to Superstorm Sandy is paying back his local community for helping him get back on his feet.

Laundromat owner Tony Baseil says he was determined to rebuild for his customers. After six months of nonstop work, Simple System Laundry has reopened.

Now Baseil has a special Christmas gift for his customers. "We're having a free wash day for our customers who came back to us after the storm," he says. "We figured the least we could do is give back to them for coming back. We put a notice out to Union Beach for the homeless people who lost their homes, that they were welcome to come over and do their wash."

In addition to a free wash for the community, Baseil is also giving away dryer services, soap, and of course, food.
