ORTLEY BEACH - More locations in New Jersey will be reopening for the first time since Sandy, starting today.

Toms River Mayor Thomas Kelaher says the repopulation of Ortley Beach will begin tomorrow. Starting at 8 a.m., residents with all four working utilities will be allowed to move back into their homes. The four utilities that need to be working are electric, sewer, gas and water.

Parts of Liberty State Park in Jersey City will also be reopening today. A section of the Hudson River Walkway and some roads and trails are open again after being repaired and cleared of damage.
