BELMAR - Federal funds will help provide floating concrete docks and decks for Belmar Municipal Marina to replace those mangled by the superstorm.

FEMA recently announced the marina will receive a $1.7 million grant.

Owners of Fisherman's Den Bait and Tackle Shop say funding the marina will help them recover too.

"Anything they do with the docks brings more boats in, more people buying bait so it's always a good thing," says Bob Matthews.

The grant will help fund nine construction projects at the marina. Four of them have already been completed post-Sandy.
