SEA BRIGHT - A popular beach bar destroyed by Sandy will reopen at the Jersey Shore, just in time for the summer season.
Donovan's Reef in Sea Bright has been given the green light by the borough to rebuild, and fans expect it to be better than ever.
The bar has been a popular place for cocktails and tunes, and has been visited by Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi.

"Hopefully it'll boost the morale, hopefully this year will be a great year," says Pete Coussoulis, of Wall Township.
Superstorm Sandy left the shore icon a mangled mess. The main building along the rock wall was reduced to a pile of rubble, and the rest was left tattered.
The borough's planning board has approved the rebuild. Sea Bright Mayor Dina Long tweeted a rendering showing a two-story building elevated on pilings to help prevent future flooding and storm damage.
John Cordasco is excited for the return. "It was nice," he says. "Good, nice people, social atmosphere and good for the town I think."
The business, which dates back to 1976, received a low interest $1.2 million loan to rebuild.
The new Donovan's will have a full kitchen and plenty of windows for an ocean view.
The plan is to complete construction for the summer, but the owner says he'll at least have the tiki bar open for business if it's not complete.
