LONG BEACH ISLAND - Gov. Chris Christie held a town meeting Tuesday to discuss newly available funding to support Sandy victims in the hard-hit Shore town.

The governor met with residents in Long Beach Island to share his plans for using federal grant money approved Monday.

Christie also told residents he plans to allocate some of the funds for TV ads promoting tourism at the Jersey Shore.
