WEST CREEK - A restaurant with a spectacular view of the Jersey Shore is struggling to make a comeback in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
Antoinetta's waterfront restaurant was a hotspot for wedding parties and other functions until it suffered nearly 6 feet of floodwater damage during the storm. With repair costs totaling $30,000 just to secure the building, the restoration process has been hard on owner Mario Cascone.
"It's like your soul just left the restaurant," said Cascone. "Everything was taken away from us."

Cascone says he is confident that customers will return when the restaurant is repaired due to its unique setting at the end of a narrow peninsula jutting into Little Egg Harbor.
Antonetta's hopes to reopen in mid-to-late April.
