It's Valentine's Day, and what says true love more than  homemade treats? News 12 New Jersey's Cara Di Falco got some tips from Choc·O·Pain, a special bakery in Hoboken.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

4 oz. fine-quality bittersweet chocolate chips
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
3 Large eggs
½ cup pure cocoa powder

Yield: Makes one 8-inch cake

1. Melt chocolate and butter in a large bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

2. In a separate larger bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, and eggs. When thoroughly incorporated, carefully whisk in cocoa powder.  Pour melted mixture into cocoa, sugar mixture, mix thoroughly.

3. To bake, preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare 8 inch round cake pans with non-stick spray and round parchment paper on the bottom of the pan. Fill each cake pan evenly with batter. Bake until center springs back (about 25-30 minutes).
