Nonni's Chicken Salad
**This recipe requires a food grinder**
3 chicken breasts, boiled
1/2 red onion
3-4 celery stalks
3/4 c. mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste
bread & butter pickles
*Cut your chicken and onion into pieces small enough to fit through the chute of the food grinder.
*Alternating pieces of chicken with veggies, put chicken, onion and celery through the food grinder.
*Season the mixture with salt & pepper to taste.
*Add mayo and mix until chicken salad is uniform and combined.
*Nonni always served her chicken salad with some sliced tomato and bread & butter pickles.
