Firefighters extinguished flames after an explosion broke out in a storage facility in Wayne Monday.
Officials say an explosion happened just before 7 p.m. in the middle of a Cube storage facility and next to another commercial building.
Crews have been able to get ahold of most of the flames, but reports say the building is structurally unsafe.
There were also reports of fallen power lines. PSEG shut down power in the area.
A request has been put in for a demo crew and excavator to come to the scene to start taking the building apart to access some of the spots where there's still fire.
Authorities say the cause of the explosion is unclear.
