Evening, overnight storms possible today across New Jersey
Evening and overnight thunderstorms are likely to move across New Jersey.
News 12 New Jersey meteorologists say the storms will likely hit north of New York City and northern New Jersey. The storms will be scattered.

Friday saw warm and humid conditions across the state, with temperatures in the 70s and 80s through the evening. The heaviest storms appear to go north across Morris, Sussex and Bergen counties. Storms may contain damaging winds and hail in these areas.
The second batch of storms will likely occur after 10 p.m. and through midnight. All areas will likely see heavy rain, gusty winds and widespread weather conditions. Overnight temperatures will be in the mid-60s.
 

Saturday will see morning clouds give way to more sun in the afternoon, Temperatures will be in the mid-70s.
Sunday is expected to see a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures will be in the mid-60s.
