A debate is underway in Trenton over license plates – the new one, or the old one?
Lawmakers have introduced a new bill that would bring back the old blue-and-yellow plates, which were around from the late 1970s to the early 1990s.            
If the classic plates were to come back, they would cost a little more than the yellow-and-black ones being used for the last 30 years.
