The sun beat down on New Jersey for a second straight day Tuesday with temperatures in the 90s.
The extreme heat, however, didn't bring the Garden State to a standstill as crowds took the streets of downtown Trenton as usual.
Food vendor Mohammad Mustafa got out of the kitchen and instead served folks food like salad, watermelon and ice cream on the sidewalk. And it wasn?t too hot for the kids from Noah's Ark Daycare who enjoyed a "water day? to beat the heat.
Some claimed to be sick of sitting in their air conditioned home and took to their porch to try and catch a slight breeze.
