The state's black bear hunt continues Monday.

It will be a six-day hunt with firearms only.

The season will continue the following week if harvest objectives are not met.

All hunters are reminded to observe the safety zone which is 450 feet.

The state's Division of Fish and Wildlife says 328 bears were killed in the first hunt back in October.
