A bill that would ban the sale of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices by pharmacies in New Jersey is moving forward in Trenton.
The Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee approved the legislation.
The bill, S-1144, if approved in its current form, would fine a business at least $250 for selling cigarettes.
