A business owner is helping a Bergen County woman this holiday season.
Catherine Bello from Sole Revival Reflexology Spa says she has given the Christmas tree from her business's window to a Shakeerah Thompson and her family.
Bello also posted on social media, reaching out to the community asking to donate gifts to the family.
People in the community have donated gift cards to restaurants, toys, food and clothing.
Thompson tells News 12 she will put the tree where her daughter Mackenzie can see it, but hide the presents until Christmas.
Bello says she offered free services at her spa to those who donated, but some donators didn't take them, saying they simply wanted to help.
More gifts are expected to be donated today for Thompson and her family.
