The hunt is on for a man who allegedly tried to lure an 11-year-old girl in Barnegat.
Police say the suspect was driving a white work van on Bayshore Drive Friday evening when he spotted the girl outside and asked if she needed a ride.
The girl refused and he drove away. The girl's mother saw the whole incident unfold.
Police have released a sketch of what the man looks like. He is a white man, approximately 50 years old with white, bushy hair.
Anyone who may recognize him is urged to contact the Barnegat Police Department.
