Authorities in Dover are probing the death of a man found lying on a sidewalk.

Police discovered the body Sunday around 7:40 a.m. near West Blackwell Street and Randolph Avenue.

The victim's name and identity have not been released at this time.

Police have identified a person of interest. There is no perceived threat to the public.
