An Asbury Park restaurant has been finding a lot of success after reopening during the coronavirus pandemic.
Ada’s Gojjo is an Ethiopian-Dominican restaurant dedicated to making authentic food with a lot of flavor.
“A lot of people are amazed at the food and how good it is,” says employee Bryan Sandoval.
Owner Adanech Asghedom says that her business is the only restaurant where one can find Ethiopian and Dominican food under one roof.
Ada’s Gojjo is now expanding in different ways to keep the business going.
“We’ve opened a fully outdoor seating area and we serve it with beautiful weather and beautiful food and everyone comes and enjoys it with their kids or with someone they love…We serve everything, the full menu,” says Asghedom.
Customers say that they love the variety of foods.
Asghedom first opened the restaurant in Long Branch nearly a decade ago before moving to Asbury Park in 2018.
