Gas prices are on the rise again marking the 18th consecutive increase.
AAA reports regular unleaded gas jumped one tenth of a cent to $3.71 a gallon.
Gas price expert Trilby Lundberg says recent refinery problems and high oil and ethanol prices are causing the hike.
