Lawyers for nine Wayne Hills High School students banned from playing in the state title game this weekend took their fight to court today.
The nine players were suspended from extracurricular activities after being charged with the assault of two Wayne Valley High School students at a house party last month.
The lawyers argued that the players were not given due process in the administration?s decision to suspend them. A judge ruled the case should be heard by an administrative law judge with the State Education Commission.
