The fourth and final suspect accused in a vicious attack on a man while his ex-girlfriend allegedly watched has turned himself in.
Jesse Moscatello turned himself in to police today along with an attorney and was arrested. He was charged with robbery, assault and theft and released under $25,000 bail.
Police say 19-year-old Margaux Tocci, of Wyckoff, lured her ex-boyfriend to a schoolyard last Thursday night and allegedly watched as three people, including her current boyfriend, beat him up with a baseball bat and pipe.
Police say Tocci and the attackers drove off, stealing the victim's cash and destroying his cell phone.
The victim was able to get to a nearby home and get help. He was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital last Friday.
Previously, Tocci and her current boyfriend Daniel Chaupiz, of Wyckoff, and Waldwick resident Samer Saleh were all charged with robbery, assault and theft. Chaupiz remains in the Bergen County Jail. Tocci and Saleh have each posted bail and have been released.
Still no word on what motivated the attack.
