Police have made four arrests in connection to the fatal drive-by shooting of girl at a Trenton block party.

Keith Warren and Robert Humphrey, both 21, along with Warren's 18-year-old brother, Lamar, and a 17-year-old male were arrested Wednesday. The four men will be charged with murder, attempted murder and weapons offenses.

Authorities say the four are responsible for the death of Tamrah Leonard, 13. Leonard was gunned down June 7 at a block party organized by Black Panther and city council candidate Divine Allah. Police believe the drive-by shooting was gang-related and retaliation for a shooting one day earlier at a nightclub.

Prosecutors expect more arrests in the shooting.
