A $10,000 reward is being offered for the safe return of two dogs stolen from a car two weeks ago.

The pugs were stolen from a car outside the Goodwill Store on Route 35 in Aberdeen. Their owner says that he left them in the car for only a few minutes.

Surveillance video shows a man dressed in blue jeans and a camouflage jacket getting out of a gray car.

Police say the man gets back inside the car, backs up off camera, and pulls the two pugs out of the car before driving away.

Anyone who may have information about the thefts is asked to call Aberdeen police.
